Work on the Transportation Center canopy should be completed by mid week, February 12th. All of the underground utilities, street widening and sidewalks have now been completed. This leaves the tie-in of new Avadek canopy system to the new building between the Christian Life Center and Worship Center Buildings yet to be done. This tie-in will be done after the brick work is complete on that side of the new building.

The rain has slowed us down a little on the construction front, but God is good and continues to guide us through this process day-by-day. We continue to press on in making the new changes as painless as possible for you and your family.

Construction for our new children’s building is moving full-speed ahead and we couldn’t be more excited! As a result of the changes happening in and around our on-campus parking lot, we are losing many parking spaces. But don’t worry because we’ve come up with a speedy and convenient solution for you and your family!

Parking changes are coming the week of June 18th as exciting new construction begins on the CLC.

Starting Monday, June 18th major construction will begin on the Ramp side of the CLC. In fact, the whole ramp and stairs will be removed. This will mean less onsite parking.

Big changes are starting to happen as we continue building our new children’s facility. Beginning Monday, June 18, the ramp-side entrance to the Christian Learning Center (CLC) will be closed.

However, you can use our alternate entrances: the Canopy entrance (next to the new children’s playground), the first floor on the Bill Heard side, and the second floor on the Bill Heard side. As a convenience for you, we’ll have new check-in stations set up at each of the entrances to the CLC, so be on the look-out!

Central Plant
Most of the work on Phase 1 of our project (the relocation of the playground and new central plant) has been completed. We have already gone through two weeks of testing the new chilled water packaged system and cooling towers, which are performing well. In addition, most of the irrigation and landscaping around the central plant has already been completed.

Building Permit for Building and Parking Lot

This past Sunday, Pastor Mark led us in the groundbreaking worship service for our new Children's building. Our entire church met in the parking lot where the new building is going to be built and dedicated that spot for the Lord.

Our Pastor led the opening prayer, and Larry Indermuehle, Chairman of the Long Range Planning Committee, introduced our guests. Then, Pastor Mark shared a brief message with us about the importance of this new facility and how it would be used to share the love of Christ with thousands of children and their parents in the years to come.
